Joseph R. Manning, Jr. is a civil trial attorney with experience handling a broad range of civil disputes with an emphasis on real estate, business and serious personal injury litigation. Prior to opening his own office, Mr. Manning worked as a civil trial attorney for two of Southern California’s preeminent civil litigation firms.
Mr. Manning graduated cum laude with a liberal arts degree from Seattle University in 1992. He then graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review, in 1996. In 2003 he obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Business and Corporate Law, also from the University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Manning is a member of The Order of the Coif.
